15 - July 10 - Mainz, Germany
Very full breakfast buffet morning - in the hotel river level
restaurant. Lost count of the mini apple turnovers. Busy walk
trip to the Frankfurt Stadion - Second day of the Internationaler Kongress
with timely symposiums and lessons.
Evening was a return stroll in Mainz - time for a true German Weinstube
(Restaurant owned by and featuring a regional winery)
Entres included vegetables and cheeses served on a hot skillet and a full
plate of thick liver slices. All was escorted by the
full essence of Germany - perfect dry white wines.
